
Annet Kamya, Founder/Chief Executive Officer of New Beginnings International, is a passionate youth mentor and nonprofit leader committed to helping young people develop responsibility, resilience, confidence, and purpose. Growing up in a family of thirteen strengthened her leadership, cooperation, and conflict-resolution skills and inspired her dedication to youth development. Through community and faith-based programs, she provides structured mentorship focused on decision-making, emotional regulation, accountability, identity, and goal setting. Her 12-week Youth Behavioral Development & Accountability Program serves youth ages 11 to 21. Annet believes every young person can achieve stability and growth when provided with intentional guidance, practical skills, and consistent support.

Dr. Winniefred Wamulanga serves as Chief Operating Officer of New Beginnings International. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Global. Her professional experience includes community economic development, business education, organizational strategy, business development, market research & intelligence. Dr. Winnie also brings international development experience from her Peace Corps Response service in Eswatini, where she supported youth entrepreneurship, workforce development, financial literacy, and community-based initiatives. At NBII, she leads operations, partnerships, fundraising, program development, and organizational growth to expand opportunities for young people and strengthen community impact.

Sauya McQueen serves as Director of Youth Engagement & Retention at New Beginnings International. She brings extensive experience in customer relationship management, participant safety, service delivery, retention, operations, and data analysis. Her background includes supporting unaccompanied minors in a high-responsibility airport environment and leading customer value and retention initiatives that improved participation, loyalty, and overall experience. At NBII, Sauya strengthens youth enrollment, engagement, family communication, program follow-up, and participant retention. She is committed to creating safe, organized, and welcoming experiences that help young people remain connected, supported, and actively involved in programs that promote confidence, growth, responsibility, and long-term success.

Vivian Ainomugisha serves as Director of Brand & Community Impact at New Beginnings International. She leads the organization’s branding, communications, community engagement, and impact storytelling efforts, helping strengthen NBII’s visibility and connection with youth, families, partners, and supporters. Vivian brings creativity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to mission-centered communication. She supports outreach campaigns, events, digital content, public relations, and partnership engagement while ensuring that NBII’s message remains clear, consistent, and inspiring. Through her leadership, Vivian helps communicate the organization’s impact, build meaningful community relationships, and expand awareness of programs that empower young people to grow, lead, and succeed.
